We're looking forward to gaining Clarity with you on your current state! We need to book in a few sessions as mentioned in your onboarding catch up.
For best results, please book in the Directors session first, followed by a 1:1 with the Admin & Accounting team leads each, followed by the Admin & Accounting team processes (we do this one together!).
If any of your team would additionally like to meet with us, they are welcome too!
We require a discovery form to be filled out prior to these sessions, we will send this out to the team (if we haven't already done so!).

Processes Discovery
Speak to us as a Team about your processes and procedures used for the client lifecycle experience. We don't need the entire team, but we certainly need some of the key team members who can talk too and explain the processes related to the client lifecycle.
