While there are many software options available in our industry, at present our allegiance lies with the application stack pictured below.
We recommend this as best practice due to the open API (Application Programming Interface). This means the apps can talk to each other, allowing for integrated systems, a single database, more efficient processes and less manual human interaction – translating to less operational issues. If other software providers develop their platforms with open APIs in the future, we can look at inserting these into the middle of the diagram. We’re open-minded that way. |
