By registering for and attending this online workshop (the Workshop), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all attendees, participants and individuals accessing the Workshop recordings and materials.
ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION
- The Workshop will be delivered online via a video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom, Teams or equivalent).
- A link to join the Workshop and any supporting materials will be provided prior to the session.
- Recordings and digital resources will be made available to registered attendees after the session for personal reference and continued learning.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS
- All Workshop materials, including but not limited to slides, recordings, workbooks, templates and other resources, are the intellectual property of Clarity Street (or its licensors).
- Materials are provided solely for personal, non-commercial educational use by registered attendees.
- You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, or share any part of the Workshop content (including recordings or resources) with others, either in full or in part, without prior written permission.
- You must not use any Workshop content for commercial purposes, including resale, training delivery or consulting services, without express written consent.
RECORDING AND PRIVACY
- The Workshop may be recorded for quality, training and distribution to registered attendees.
- By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear in the recording, please disable your camera and microphone.
- Recordings may be publicly shared and may be accessible to registered attendees for a limited time.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the Workshop date may be eligible for a refund or transfer to another session.
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or cancellations made after the specified notice period.
- In the event the Workshop is cancelled by Clarity Street, attendees will be offered a full refund or access to a rescheduled session.
