Do you offer just one fixed package?
We have a structured approach flexible to your business requirements, packaged into a 12-month engagement. There are some circumstances depending on your needs, where we will do stand alone application implementations or reduced projects, typically we like to work with our clients for 12 months to ensure you are supported and full adoption has occurred.
How does working with Clarity Street make my life easier?
You are experts at being accountants. Whereas Clarity Street are the experts in software migration. It’s like the saying ‘stick to what you're good at’.
In terms of why Clarity Street? We are all ex-practice. We are all ex public practice in some way, shape or form.
With that being said, we know the pain and the frustration that you go through on a daily basis. We are not just some random IT people who know how to use software, we actually understand how to use it practically within your business.
The reason why you would come to Clarity Street is because we're here to support you and enjoy doing this. We want to see your business succeed and in order for that to happen our bread and butter is the heavy lifting, whilst providing you with the practical knowledge of what's going on in your business as well. The understanding and the support that you actually need.

FYI & SuiteFiles
Can SuiteFiles be set-up in the same structure as FYI?
Short answer is no it can’t, but it acts in the exact same way.
SuiteFiles is built on the back of SharePoint which has a full folder structure, and FYI is designed in Cabinets and Categories.

We prefer the folder set-up and direct link to XPM in SuiteFiles and regularly use the Sharepoint access to this folder to do other tasks. Cas we still access the files from FYI in the same way? Is there a way to do both?
You do not have to transition from SuiteFiles across to FYI. If you are really happy with SuiteFiles you can stay with this and instead of a migration to FYI we will provide a review, repair, retrain, and overall health check of SuiteFiles.
If you are not happy with SuiteFiles i.e. you’re having issues with managing workflow, can’t or having difficulty managing tasks, you want to view workflow difference, or you want to be able to harness powers of automation, then we would recommend moving across to FYI, all depending on where you are at with things.
Generally speaking, if you are already on SuiteFiles you do not have to move off because we actually implement SuiteFiles or FYI because they are the two document management solutions that Clarity Street implements.
