Accountants often get caught up with the amount of workload they have, and forget why they initially decided to start their business. They can struggle to remember what type of clients they actually want to help and take care of.
So, how can you define the right type of client for your accounting firm?
In this video, Amy Holdsworth, CEO of Clarity Street and Kan Huang, Director of Social Wave talk about how you can find the right client to work with. They talk about the importance of understanding your clients, where they consume their information, and how your accounting firm can assist them.
This video is part of a series by Social Wave & Clarity Street. The series will run over the following weeks to come. In the next video, we'll be talking about how accountants can grow and work with their desired clientele. If you have any questions, get in touch with us, or book a meeting here. I like that you said that understanding each other could help with the relationship and production. The other night, my brother informed me that he and his business partner were planning to hire a business accountant that could properly handle their tax return and planning, and he asked if I had any idea what would be the best option to consider. Thanks to this informative article, I'll be sure to tell him that he can consult a business accounting service as they can provide more information about the process.
