Our latest App Stack comes with a few additions of new applications and new services that can help improve the operations and effectiveness of your practice. For a lot of the firms that Clarity Street works with, Xero will perfectly handle most matters for a client. However in the case of fixed assets, we do see some use of spreadsheets or other workarounds where Xero does not meet all the needs. Almost all accounting firms have clients with needs more demanding than others. Amongst the most common areas of required additional complexity is that of fixed assets. Clarity Assist Clarity Assist is a dynamic operational knowledge bank of articles, a ticketed support service and a weekly live training webinar for you and your staff. Our multi-faceted approach to answers means that you will get the answer in one form or another. Our articles are both text and video-based, our ticketing system ensures all queries are firm-wide and individually tracked, and our weekly training provides an opportunity for staff to get some often much-needed demonstrations on how to use the software. Clarity Courses Clarity Courses is our online self-paced learning and assessment tool that supports both our app stack and practice’s processes and procedures. As part of Clarity Courses, you will experience two distinct styles of courses. Firstly, our interactive style courses. These have interactive menus and screens that ask you to click on buttons and follow certain instructions. Second, are our presentation style courses. These have a series of videos and readings to help you through your journey. Clarity Courses is the solution for onboarding staff as well as app and process training. Great Soft Why is it still featured you might ask? Because even though MYOB purchased it earlier this year, it still integrates with Xero Ledgers and is a cloud product, one that can run quite successfully for multi-disciplinary firms. We’re not privy to the intentions of what MYOB will do with it, but until we know more, it makes sense to keep it there.
